Our common goal - delivering the very best service to every client

More than ever before, real estate is a team sport – because a group of specialists focusing their unique skill set on you and your move will ALWAYS be better than one person trying to do it all.

We’ve scoured the area to find experts who are at the top of their game, whether that's staging, photography & video, social media & marketing, home lending, inspections, contracting, closing services and the list goes on.

This gives us the time to get crystal clear on your needs and wants. Helping you avoid the dozens of potential red flags with every property purchase or sale so that you can breathe easier.  Leaving no stone unturned in the search for your perfect property. Using our negotiation expertise to get you the best deal on your purchase or top dollar on your sale. Leveraging relationships to help find that perfect home or buyer for your property. Keeping you fully informed on market & mortgage trends and changes.  And much, much more!

Russ Cofano

Broker -- CofanoGroup

Russ Cofano has spent nearly his entire 30 year business career in real estate.  First, as one of the Puget Sound region's top real estate industry attorneys.  Then, moving on to senior executive management roles running real estate brokerage and technology organizations where he built teams, managed projects and delivered results in the most challenging of circumstances.  As the leader of CofanoGroup, he is leveraging his extensive real estate knowledge base, home town relationships and caring personality to deliver the very best real estate experience to all of his clients.  Russ grew up in Bellevue, received his Business and Law degrees from the University of Washington, raised his family in Sammamish and currently resides there with his wife and high school sweetheart Patti (and of course their trusty golden retriever Kali).  Oh, and in his off time, he is the head coach of the Skyline High School girls basketball team in Sammamish where he helps young women learn valuable lessons the game can teach so well.
